This Privacy Policy describes how Torrey Systems, LLC, operating ATIS Relay ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and shares information. By using ATIS Relay, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We don't sell your personal information.
Text messaging. We don't share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Your choices. To see, correct, or delete your information, email support@flyownnav.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Tracking. We don't use third-party analytics SDKs. This website does not change its behavior when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal. IP addresses are stored with some account and API activity, including terms acceptance and API key request logs, and can be linked to your account.
Children. The Service isn't for anyone under 18. If we learn we've collected a child's information, we'll delete it.
Changes. We'll post changes here with a new effective date, and email you before material changes take effect.
Audio from phone lines and community stations is sent to speech-to-text and AI providers to produce transcripts and to check quality. Scheduled airport and time information is used only to deliver a report you asked for, not for marketing.
